methods of building in detail to determine the ideal solution for a design
problem, with minimal impact on the existing environment, causing minimal

Jeff McHegg is currently working as a building inspector for the City of Seattle. Karen McHegg is taking all the time she can get away from the children to write and draw. Both are using their extensive construction experience and architectural training to rehabilitate a much-loved historic house in the Madrona neighborhood of Seattle.
